A discreet, whole-person practice in the Presidio — seen in-office, in the privacy of your home, or virtually. The rare psychiatrist who holds the full spectrum of your care.

San Francisco asks a great deal of the people who power it — founders, operators, investors, artists, and the families behind them. Conventional psychiatry answers with fifteen-minute appointments and a prescription. I built something different.
My practice sits in the Presidio: 1,500 acres of forest and coastline on the edge of the city, where the setting itself helps your nervous system settle before we speak. For those who would rather not travel, I also offer private home visits across the Bay Area — Pacific Heights, the Marina, Presidio Heights, Sea Cliff, and down the Peninsula to Hillsborough and Atherton.
Beyond the city, I see patients across Northern California — Marin, wine country, Silicon Valley, and the Monterey Peninsula — and throughout Southern California.
Unhurried, in-person sessions in a private, unmarked sanctuary — nature as part of the treatment.
Discreet concierge visits in your own home across San Francisco and the Peninsula, when travel isn't ideal.
Secure video visits between appointments and while you travel, anywhere you are in California.
Every service is delivered personally by Dr. Appasani and designed to work together.
Generous, unhurried appointments and direct access between visits.
